Glenn Jarvis – Clinical Director

Glenn Jarvis, Clinical Director at EMBHC, he brings over three decades of experience in the
field of drug and alcohol treatment. Having retired briefly, Glenn returned to frontline service out of a deep
personal commitment to helping those struggling with addiction. His career includes leadership roles across
inpatient, outpatient, and residential programs, including Director positions at Arnot Hospital’s New Dawn Unit
and the Salvation Army’s Our House Residential Program. Glenn has long been a trusted voice in the recovery
community, serving on the Chemung County Drug Court Team since 2005. Known for his practical leadership,
client rapport, and clinical insight, Glenn now guides EMBHC’s clinical services with a hands-on, collaborative
approach rooted in compassion and seasoned expertise.
