Lorin Pierce is the Director of Admissions. She brings a strong foundation in direct client
care and administrative operations, shaped by years of hands-on experience in the behavioral health field.
Starting as a Behavioral Health Technician and Admissions Representative, Lorin has been with the
organization since its inception, steadily rising through the ranks to her current role as Director of Admissions.
Her early roles involved supporting individuals struggling with addiction and mental health challenges, where
she honed her skills in client engagement, intake coordination, and care navigation. Over time, Lorin
demonstrated exceptional leadership, process improvement, and team-building abilities, ultimately overseeing
the whole admissions process and ensuring seamless, compassionate entry into care. Her background also
includes work in hospital environmental services and child caregiving, further reinforcing her commitment to
service and attention to detail.
