Melyssa Ferraiolo – Community Outreach Representative

Melyssa Ferraiolo is the Community Outreach Representative for EMBHC, serving
southeastern Pennsylvania with dedication and purpose. With a strong background in admissions coordination,
recovery advocacy, and client engagement, Melyssa specializes in building trusted connections with families,
providers, and referral networks. She brings firsthand experience from her work with organizations such as
Victory Bay and Just Believe Recovery, where she supported individuals navigating the treatment process.
Melyssa is passionate about eliminating stigma, enhancing access to care, and walking alongside clients and
families through every step of the recovery journey. At EMBHC, she leads outreach efforts in the southeast
region—educating communities, developing partnerships, and helping ensure individuals struggling with
addiction are met with compassion and a clear path to treatment.
