Michelle Reeve – Assistant Director of Nursing

Michelle Reeve serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing at EMBHC, bringing a strong
clinical foundation and versatile healthcare background to the role. A Licensed Practical Nurse with a rich blend
of experience in residential addiction treatment, primary care, and long-term care, Michelle has worked in both
frontline and leadership positions. Before joining EMBHC, she served as a charge nurse at Mountain Laurel
Recovery Center and Broad Acres Nursing Home, and also provided office-based clinical care at North Penn
Laurel Health Center. Her skills span medication administration, admissions, wound care, and electronic
documentation systems, including Alleva and Epic. With a hands-on, compassionate approach and a deep
understanding of behavioral health care, Michelle supports the nursing team in delivering safe, responsive care
across all levels of service.
