Pamela Ferguson – Director of Nursing

Pamela Ferguson, RN, has served as the Director of Nursing since the facility opened,
bringing over 30 years of nursing leadership and clinical expertise to the role. Her career spans acute care,
occupational health, case management, and long-term care, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance,
patient advocacy, and staff development. At EMBHC, Pam has been instrumental in establishing a nursing
department that is grounded in clinical excellence and compassionate care. Her leadership ensures the safe and
effective delivery of treatment while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Drawing
from prior roles in hospital administration and education, Pam is deeply committed to professional
