Terry Drake is a licensed social worker with over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, primarily in various administrative roles. This includes oversight and development of inpatient substance abuse treatment facilities, where he has expanded services and enhanced programming. His professional and firsthand experiences in addiction and behavioral health support him in developing quality services for those in need. Aresolute and motivated leader, Terry has a proven history in growing and improving inpatient, outpatient, and community-based treatment programs. His leadership style combines a commitment to patient-centered care with a focus on innovation and excellence. Kevin has 8 years of experience building and leading operations and business development teams throughout the behavioral health industry. He is a Pennsylvania Certified Recovery Specialist and a New Jersey CCAR Recovery Coach. He sees his work as an opportunity to share his own recovery experience with others who are struggling. As Chief Marketing Officer he develops, implements, and helps oversee Endless Mountain’s overall business strategy, working as part of the leadership team to best position the organization for growth. Kevin also takes pride in coaching and mentoring business development and admissions teams to help them reach their goals and full potential. In his downtime, Kevin enjoys exercising, hiking, traveling and spending time with his adorable children, family and friends.
